Cerner Integration at Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Hospital
Delivery of safe and effective trauma care to the population served by Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust in a sustainable service model.
KEY POINTS
Integration Background
Our goal was to provide a single-unified referral platform for the safe and effective delivery of a Virtual Fracture Clinic to the population served by Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust.
Cerner Millennium as existing Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system at East Surrey Hospital site is currently serving approximately 3,000 referrals a month
Integration with Cerner Millennium EPR System was preferred to allow all clinicians to access clinical information from within the EPR at the East Surrey site.
